Over the last 2 + Years we have tried and tested 100’s of different things in the kitchen and also in how we deal with customers at our premises. The sole purpose was to improve what we do in every way.
One such area is how we communicate what we do to our customers. We were replying to reviews on the internet more extensively from Feb 2021. We have realised that there is lot of unfortunate negativity in these internet reviews. A company with the best resources in the world can waste its resources in dealing with this unfortunate negativity.
We have now decided reply to these reviews with short and sweet message of positiveness.
So we are bringing this what’s happening page so we can communicate directly with our valued customers.
We intend to post a message every Sunday on what is that we are working on and trying to improve for you!!!.
